  • I have not yet received my order. What shall I do?

You can check the email of order delivery you received and click the tracking number we provided to you to track your parcel.  You may contact courier company you chose if you need more details.  In case you need more help from us or you have not receive any email of order delivery you may contact us via email: orders@ider.gr, or by phone at 2108141739 from Monday until Friday, from 08:00-17:00 except holiday days.

  • In how many days I will receive my order?

For orders in Greece the maximum usual time of delivery is 5 working days since the order date.  In peak periods though delays are observed by courier companies, so better to order sooner.

  • I have just made an order and I wish to modify/cancel How can I do it?

You cannot cancel or modify online your order, but you can email us at orders@ider.gr, by replying to order confirmation email you received and mentioning all changes you want to make.

  • Can I receive my order on gift wrap?

Yes, you can click Yes on the Gift Wrap Check during payment.  Moreover, you can add a comment to the order if you wish more gift wraps or mention which items you want to be for gifts.

  • Can I purchase a Gift Card Online?

Of course you can purchase a gift card online in variable amounts and email it at the person you wish by adding a wishing message as well.  Click here to purchase a gift card now!

  • How can I redeem my gift card?

The online gift card you receive by email is redeemed after you add to your cart the items you wish, proceed to check out, choose your payment method and add the code of your gift card at relative box “Apply Gift Card Code”.  If your order is less than the amount of your gift card, you can reuse the code of your gift card before expiring to redeem the rest of amount.  In case of partial redemptions you need to create an account at site.

  • How much are transportation costs?

For Greece transportation costs are free for orders over €39,00, for lower order click here.  For delivery outside Greece please contact us via messenger or by phone at 2108141739 from Monday until Friday, from 08:00-17:00 except holiday days, or email us at orders@ider.gr

  • May I return items I bought on-line?

Yes you can return partially or fully your order within 10 days from the date you received it, provided they are in excellent condition, in their original packaging including tags, not used, spoiled or damaged.  To find out more about our returns policy click here.
